摘要:为了进一步了解纤维素热解过程的热流变化情况,在同步热分析(STA)与傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)联用仪中,采用5,10,30℃/min的升温速率;在绝热加速量热仪(ARC)中,采用0.35,1,1.8℃/min升温速率,分别进行纤维素热解实验,考察热解过程的热流曲线变化规律。结果表明,升温速率为5℃/min时,纤维素的主要失重区间为316—351oC,在此阶段对应着DSC曲线的一个大的吸热峰,FTIR检测到大量的气相产物的析出,吸热量为436.22J儋。随着升温速率增至10,30℃/min时,热解主要阶段往高温区推移,吸热量也随之增至597.13J/g和794.23J/g;在ARC中热解时,纤维素在312℃之前即完成热解,分别放出223.1,744.1,963J/g的热量。
Abstract: To investigate the thermal effect during the cellulose pyrolysis process, Simultaneous thermal analyzer (STA) coupled with Fourier infrared spectrum (FTIR) and Accelerating Rate Calorimeter (ARC) were used. Cellulose pyrolysis experiments were respectively carried out with heating rate of 5 ℃/rain, 10 ℃/min, 30 ℃/min in the STA, and with heating rate of 0.35 ℃/rain, 1 ℃/min, 1.8 ℃/min in the ARC. The results showed that the heating rate was 5 ℃/min,the main weight loss range of cellulose was 316-351 ℃.In this stage, there was a large endothermic peak cor- responding to the DSC curve and a great amount of gaseous phase products detected by FTIR, the heat absorption was 436.22 J/g. With the heating rate increased to 10 and 30 ℃/min, the main pyrol- ysis stage went to higher temperature, and heat absorption raised to 597.13 J/g and 794.23 J/g. In the ARC, the pyrolysis was completed below 312 ℃, and heat quantity which could be released was 223.1,744.1, 963 J/g,respectively.
