摘要：通过对 6种苏云金杆菌 (Bt)产品在 1 5、2 0、2 7℃条件下感染油松毛虫 Dendrolimus tabulae-formis试验结果比较 ,总体结果是 Foray48B产品毒力最高 ,其次是苏州和科瑞森。 6种 Bt产品平均杀虫效果 ,2 0℃比 2 7℃时试虫死亡率下降 1 9.4% ,1 5℃比 2 0℃时试虫死亡率下降 32 .2 %。 3种 Bt稀释浓度在不同温度条件下均以稀释 80 0倍效果最好 ,当浓度降低 1半时 ,平均试虫死亡率下降 1 2 .3% ,当浓度增加 1倍时 ,平均试虫死亡率下降 1 .6%。在 2 0℃以下时 ,温度对 Bt的杀虫效果影响显著 ,平均每降低 1度 ,试虫死亡率下降 6.4%。低温条件下 ,增加
Compared 6 Bacillus thuringiensis(B.t) products infecting Dendrolimus tabulaeformis (D.t) larvae at 15,20,27℃,the results is as follows:the virulence of B.t Foray48B is the highest among the 6 and the next are Suzhou and Kereisen B.t products. The average mortality of D.t larvae is about 85.0% at 27℃,65.6% at 20℃ and 33.4% at 15℃.The mortality is higher when the titer of B.t products is diluted to 800 times.The average mortality of D.t larvae reduced by 1.6% when the titer doubled.Average mortality of D.t larvae decreased by 12.3% when the concentration reduced by one half.
