摘要：野生动物是重要的森林资源,促进野生动物野外资源利用向人工繁育资源利用转变,不仅能够积极适应经济社会发展对野生动物资源的利用需求,而且能够有效缓解野生动物野外资源保护的压力。梅花鹿是国家Ⅰ级保护动物,目前野生梅花鹿种群数量稀少,而人工驯养繁殖技术成熟。本研究以双阳型梅花鹿为研究对象,对梅花鹿驯养繁殖进行了成本效益分析和敏感性分析,对未来发展预期进行了分析讨论。结果显示,当前条件下梅花鹿繁育是盈利的,且驯养公鹿经济效益受鹿茸价格、鹿茸产量和饲料成本等影响较大,而驯养母鹿受饲料成本、仔鹿价格的影响较大。当前,梅花鹿产业面临着社会需求增加、驯养繁殖技术成熟、政策扶持等有利条件,但也面临着国际鹿业市场竞争、驯养繁殖成本增加、产业发展盲目无序、政策壁垒等挑战。针对研究结论,提出了完善行业组织和行业标准、建立现代繁育体系、加大梅花鹿产品技术开发、调整政策等建议。
Transforming wildlife utilization pressure from wild to captive populations can not only adapt to the demand for wildlife resources in society,but can also alleviate the pressure on wildlife conservation in the wild.Sika deer（Cervus nippon） is a first-class state-protected species in China.Although sika deer are scarce in the wild,captive breeding technology for sika deer is very mature.In this paper,we adopt net present value analysis（NPV） and input-output analysis of sika deer captive breeding based on the Jilin Shuangyang breed of sika deer.We analyze prospects for breeding using sensitivity analysis.Results show that sika deer breeding is profitable in current condition.The pilose antler price,pilose antler yield and feed costs significantly influence profits from production of males.Costs of feed and infant deer prices significantly affect profits fromproduction of females.Sika deer captive breeding of sika deer enjoys favorable conditions,such as increasing social demand,mature technology,and policy support,but also faces challenges such as international market competition,increasing costs,disorder in development of the industry,and policy barriers.Based on our research results,in this paper we offer recommendations,including establishing an industry organization and industry standards,establishing modern breeding systems,increasing product technology development,and the adjustment of policy.
