摘要：林业碳汇在推动实现碳达峰碳中和行动中发挥至关重要的作用。浙江省林业碳汇发展起步较早,从政策、项目、资金、市场等多方面采取一系列行动,并形成具有地方特色的林业碳汇建设与发展良好模式。本文基于林业碳汇对“碳中和”的作用及优势,结合浙江省森林资源现状及林业发展规划,系统地汇总研究了近年浙江省林业碳汇对推动实现“碳中和”的贡献及林业碳汇实践操作,旨在为后期探讨研究浙江省林业碳汇推动实现“碳中和”的发展潜力、制约因素及实现路径等提供重要的理论和数据支撑,同时也为同领域的工作人员提供理论参考。
Forestry carbon sequestration plays a vital role in promoting the action to achieve carbon dioxide peaking and neutrality.The development of forestry carbon sequestration in Zhejiang province started early.Zhejiang province has taken a series of actions of policies,projects,funds,markets and other aspects,and formed a good model of forestry carbon sequestration construction and development with local characteristics.Based on the role and advantages of forestry carbon sequestration to carbon neutrality,combined with the current situation of forest resources and forestry development planning in Zhejiang province,this paper systematically summarized and studied the contribution of forestry carbon sequestration to promoting the realization of carbon neutrality and the practical operation of forestry carbon sequestration in Zhejiang province in recent years.The aim is to provide important theoretical and data support for the later study on the development potential,constraints and realization path of forestry carbon sequestration promoting the realization of carbon neutrality in Zhejiang province,and also provide theoretical reference for the staff in the same field.
