摘要:研究了玫瑰石斛、鼓槌石斛、翅梗石斛在10种栽培基质中叶片的光合速率和蒸腾速率的变化。结果表明:在同种基质中培养的3种石斛的净光合速率差异显著,其中最大净光合速率同化量由多到少为鼓槌石斛>玫瑰石斛>翅梗石斛;3种石斛的蒸腾速率差异显著,蒸腾速率由多到少为玫瑰石斛>鼓槌石斛>翅梗石斛;同种植物在不同基质中的光合速率也有差异性;玫瑰石斛和翅梗石斛在单一基质兰石中表现最好,最大净光合速率分别达4.788、2.640μmol.m-2.s-1,鼓槌石斛在兰石∶树皮(1∶1)的混合基质中表现最好,最大净光合速率达6μmol.m-2.s-1。
The experiments were made with Den. crepidatum, Den. chrysotoxum and Den. trigonopus. The photosynthesis and transpiration rate of three Dendrobium species planted in ten media were tested. The results showed that three Dendrobium species performed great differences in photosynthesis with same culture medium. Photosynthesis rate of Den. chrysotoxum was better than that of Den. crepidatum,which was better than that of Den. trigonopus. There also exists difference in transpiration rate among the three species. The transpiration rate of Den. crepidatum was the highest, followed by Den. chrysotoxum, and Den. trigonopus was the least. The photosynthesis was difference in different culture media with same Dendrobium species. The best culture medium of Den. crepidatum and Den. trigonopus was orchid stone with the highest photosynthesis of 4. 788 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and 2.640 μmol·m^-2·s^-1. The best culture medium of Den. chrysotoxum was orchid stone : tree bark ( 1 : 1 ) with the highest photosynthesis 6 μmol·m^-2·s^-1.
