摘要: 本研究使用小型除湿干燥机对提琴用材进行了干燥工艺生产性试验。结果表明,干燥过程中试材未产生内裂和表裂;干燥后板材的含水率在材堆内分布均匀,在板材厚度方向分布有一定差异,平衡后可以使用;干燥成本在100元/m3左右;干燥后的木材质量符合乐器制作的要求。本试验确定的干燥工艺可适用楔形不规则乐器用材,还可进行不同规格乐器用材的混合干燥。
Requirements for drying high quality wood for use in musical instruments are very strict. With Chinese Fir (Picea asperata) lumber, which is to be used as the surface material for (violins,) a series of drying tests were conducted, with a small-sized dehumidification kiln made by the Kilnshine Co., at CRIWI, Chinese Academy of Forestry. Results showed that no surface or (internal) checks occurred in the dried lumber and the moisture content difference within stack was low. However, a moisture content gradient occurred along the thickness direction but could be (balanced) after about a week. The drying cost was around 100 yuan/m^3. The dried wood retained its original color and sound property, and so could be used to make musical instruments. It was (concluded) that with a reasonable drying schedule and stacking method, the dehumidification kiln was applicable and could be used to dry different sizes of instrumental wood materials together.
