摘要:分析测定浙江省余杭区长乐林场、建德市更楼街道洪宅村薄壳山核桃品种园、安吉县抱福镇薄壳山核桃种植地栽培的50多个薄壳山核桃无性系果实含油率及其脂肪酸组成.结果表明,余杭区长乐林场薄壳山核桃无性系果实含油率为45.36%~65.40%,建德市为56.63%~67.95%,安吉县为43.82%~61.58%,经一元方差分析得出,3地薄壳山核桃无性系含油率差异有统计学意义(p<0.01%).薄壳山核桃脂肪酸主要由棕榈酸、硬脂酸、棕榈烯酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸和顺-11-二十碳烯酸组成,余杭薄壳山核桃无性系平均饱和脂肪酸为6.80%,极显著地小于建德(7.08%)和安吉(7.27%),而不饱和脂肪酸质量分数余杭(91.41%)略高于建德(91.09%)和安吉(90.54%).以果实含油率及脂肪酸组成来评价薄壳山核桃无性系,余杭区无性系Y46号和Y26号较优;建德市无性系J103号和J99号较优;安吉县无性系2号和C46号较优.
According to the analysis of oil percentage and fatty acid composition and content on more than50 clones of Carya illinmoensis,which were selected from Changele forest station in Yuhang district of Hangzhou province(Yuhang),Carya illinmoensis cultivar garden in Hongzhai village in Genglou street of Jiande(Jiangde),and Carya illinmoensis cultivated field in Baofu of Anji(Anji),the result indicate that the oil percentage is around 45.36% ~65.40% from Yuhang,and 56.63% ~67.95% from Jiande,43.82%~61.58%from Anji.The Carya illinmoensis clones from 3experimental gardens have very significant differences(p0.01%)in according to univariate ANOVA.The fatty acid of Carya illinmoensis is mainly composed by palmitic,stearic,palmitoleic,oleic,linoleic,and Cis-11-eicosenoate C20:1.The average saturated fatty acid from Yuhang is 6.80%,and the very significant is less than from Jiande(7.08%)and Anji(7.27%),while the unsaturated fatty acid from Yuhang(91.41%)is higher than from Jiande(91.09%)and Anji(90.54%).Based on the oil percentage and fatty acid composition and content to evaluate the clone Carya illinmoensis,Y46 and Y26are better from Yuhang,J103 and J99are better from Jiande,2and C46 are better from Anji.
