摘要:土壤微生物量氮(Microbial biomass nitrogen,MBN)及可溶性氮可表征土壤氮素的动态变化规律与土壤肥力水平,其研究可为人工林建设中的树种选择以及人工林多重服务功能的评价提供科学参考.对我国南亚热带地区红椎(Castanopsis hystrix)、米老排(Mytilaria laosensis)、火力楠(Michelia macclurei)和山白兰(Paramichelia bailonii)等4种乡土阔叶人工林以及外来速生桉树(Eucalyptus)人工林不同土层(0-20 cm、20-40 cm和40-60 cm)土壤MBN与可溶性氮[游离氨基酸(Free amino acid,FAA)、硝态氮(NO_3^--N)和铵态氮(NH_4^+-N)]含量特征进行研究.结果表明,林分类型、土层深度及二者的交互作用对土壤NO-3-N含量无显著性影响(P>0.05);4种乡土阔叶人工林在0-20 cm土层的土壤MBN含量高于桉树人工林;桉树人工林土壤FAA含量在各土层均呈现出高于乡土阔叶人工林的趋势,但桉树人工林土壤NH_4^+-N含量与乡土阔叶人工林之间无明显规律.Pearson相关分析表明土壤pH值和有机质含量是影响不同树种人工林土壤MBN、FAA和NH_4^+-N含量的2个主要因素.总体而言,4种乡土阔叶人工林土壤在有效性氮储备和供应方面并不一定优于桉树人工林.
The soil microbial biomass nitrogen (MBN) and soluble nitrogen are key indicators reflecting the dynamics of soil nitrogen and soil fertility, laying a scientific base for tree species selection and evaluation of multiple functions in planted forests. This paper studied the characteristics of soil MBN and soluble nitrogen (free amino acid (FAA), nitrate nitrogen (NO3--N), and ammonium nitrogen (NH4+-N)) of different soil layers (0-20 cm, 20-40 cm, and 40-60 cm) in four typical native broad-leaved plantation stands of Castanopsis hystrix, Mytilaria laosensis, Michelia macclurei, and Paramichelia baillonii and an exotic fast-growing Eucalyptus plantation in southern subtropical China. The results showed that the effect of forest type, soil depth, and their interactions on soil NO3--N content was not significantly different (P 〉 0.05). The MBN content in the 0-20 cm soil layer of the four native broadleaf plantations was higher than that of the Eucalyptus plantation, while the FAA contents in various soil layers of the Eucalyptus plantation were higher than those of the native broadleaf plantations. The difference of NH4+-N content showed no regularity between the Eucalyptus plantation and the native broadleaf plantations. Pearson correlation analyses indicated that the soil pH and organic matter content were the two main ecological factors influencing the contents of MBN, FAA, and NH4+-N in the studied plantations with different species. Overall, the available soil nitrogen reserves and supplies in the native broadleaf plantations are not necessarily better than those of the Eucalyptus plantation.
