摘要:在真空条件下(真空度为0.08MPa),热处理温度分别为160、170、180、190、200℃,热处理时间分别为1、2、3、4h的工艺条件下对思茅松(Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis)木材进行高温热处理,采用CIE L^*a^*b^*法对热处理木材的颜色参数值进行测定与化学分析,并对其失重率进行了分析。研究结果表明:1)在热处理温度200℃、热处理时间4h工艺条件下真空高温热处理思茅松木材,失重率只有2.14%。2)随着热处理温度的升高和处理时间的延长,思茅松木材的明度L^*降低,总体色差△E^*增大;思茅松木材半纤维素和纤维素相对含量降低,木质素相对含量增加。3)细胞壁成分的降解导致了化学成分的改变,使得木材的颜色发生变化。
In this study,Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis was thermally modified under the conditions of vacuum,heat treatment temperature of 160,170,180,190 and 200℃,heat treatment time of 1,2,3and 4h,and vacuum of 0.08 MPa.CIE L*a*b* method was adopted to measure the wood color parameters after Thermo-Vacuum Treatment.Chemical analysis method was utilized to analyze its chemical composition changes.The weight loss percentages were also analyzed.The research results indicated that,1) the weight loss percentage was only 2.14%under the condition of heat treatment temperature of 200 ℃,heat treatment time of 4h,and vacuum of 0.08 MPa,2) the higher heat-treated temperature and the longer treated time,the lower value of the lightness,L* and the higher value of color difference,△E* were found,the higher heat-treated temperature and the longer treated time,the lower values of the hemicellulose and cellulose contents and the higher value of lignin content were achieved,3) the degradation of cell wall composition led to the changes of the chemical structure,further causing wood color changes.
