摘要:【目的】为光皮树的引种筛选提供理论参考。【方法】以11个种源光皮树Swida wilsoniana为研究对象,采用丙酮浸提法测定叶绿素含量,使用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定仪测定净光合速率,并采用直角双曲线修正模型拟合光响应曲线,使用PAM-2500便携式脉冲调制叶绿素荧光仪测定叶绿素荧光参数,分析不同种源的光合特性,确定其光合能力的差异。【结果】YG8023和JX17种源叶片的光合色素含量显著高于其他种源。JX2的F_(0)(最小荧光)、F_(m)(最大荧光)和F_(v)(可变荧光)值均显著高于其他种源,各种源的F_(v)/F_(m)(PSⅡ最大光化学效率)值为0.729~0.779,YG8040的PQ(光化学猝灭)和ETR(相对电子传递速率)值显著高于其他种源。F_(v)/F_(m)与NPQ(非光化学猝灭)呈显著负相关;ETR与PQ呈极显著正相关,与NPQ呈显著负相关。JX17光响应曲线的α(初始斜率)值最高,JX3的LCP(光补偿点)最高,YG8023的Rd(暗呼吸速率)最低。【结论】不同种源光皮树的叶绿素荧光特性存在显著差异,其中种源JX12、JX16、JX17、LC3、YG8023受到较大的光抑制,JX6具有较高的光能转换效率并能够较好地利用光能。在4个本地种源中,YG8008可以更好地适应强光环境,YG8023可以更好地适应弱光环境,LC3和YG8040处于中等水平。不同种源光皮树的光响应特征参数存在显著差异,11个种源中JX3和JX6表现出典型的阳生植物特征,JX16、JX9和YG8023的耐阴能力远高于其他种源,其他种源处于中等水平。
【Objective】A theoretical reference for the introduction and selection of Swida wilsoniana.【Method】Eleven provenance sources of S.wilsoniana were used for the study,the chlorophyll content was determined by acetone extraction;the net photosynthetic rate was measured using the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis meter,and the light response curve was fitted using a right-angle hyperbolic correction model.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were determined using a PAM-2500 portable pulse modulated chlorophyll fluorometer to analyze the photosynthetic characteristics of different species sources and to determine the differences in their photosynthetic capacity.【Result】The photosynthetic pigment content of the leaves of YG8023 and JX17 provenance sources were significantly higher than that of the other provenance sources;The F_(0)(minimum fluorescence),F_(m)(maximum fluorescence)and F_(v)(variable fluorescence)values of JX2 were significantly higher than those of the other provenance sources,and the F_(v)/F_(m)(maximum photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ)values of the various sources range from 0.729 to 0.779.The PQ(photochemical quenching coefficient)and ETR(electron transport rate)values of YG8040 were significantly higher than those of other provenance sources.F_(v)/F_(m) was significantly negatively correlated with NPQ(non-photochemical quenching coefficient);ETR showed a highly significant positive correlation with PQ and a remarkbable negative correlation with NPQ;α(initial slope)values were highest for the JX17 light response curve,LCP(light compensation point)was highest for JX3,and Rd(dark respiration rate)was lowest for YG8023.【Conclusion】There were significant differences in chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of different provenance sources of S.wilsoniana,where provenance sources JX12,JX16,JX17,LC3,and YG8023 were subject to greater photoinhibition,and JX6 having a higher light energy conversion efficiency and being able to make better use of light energy.Among the four local provenance sources,YG8008 can be better adapted to the strong light environment,YG8023 can be better adapted to the low light environment,LC3 and YG8040 are at an intermediate level.There were significant differences in characteristic parameters of the light response curves of different provenance sources of S.wilsoniana,Among the 11 provenance sources,JX3 and JX6 showed typical sun plant characteristics,JX16,JX9 and YG8023 were much more shade tolerant than the others,the other provenance sources were at an intermediate level.
