摘要:对氢氧化钠和中性亚硫酸钠两种化学预处理方式的慈竹化机浆的制浆、漂白性能进行了研究。氢氧化钠预处理,原浆白度较深;中性亚硫酸钠预处理,原浆白度较浅。不同预处理方式引起的浆料原始白度差异,可以一直保持到过氧化氢漂白以后,后者比前者白度高出11%~12%ISO。不同预处理方式,相同过氧化氢水平漂白时,对应的最佳用碱量不同;10%H2O2漂白时,氢氧化钠预处理的最佳碱用量为6%,中性亚硫酸钠预处理的最佳碱用量为7%。中性亚硫酸钠预处理浆料的漂白性能优于氢氧化钠预处理,抗张指数及耐破指数高20%~40%;撕裂指数高出10%~20%。在本文研究的化学品用量范围内,中性亚硫酸钠预处理方式优于氢氧化钠预处理方式。
Effects of pretreatment with NaOH and Na2SO3 on pulping and bleaching properties of the chemi-mechanical pulps from Neosinocalamus affinis (Rendle) Keng f. were studied. The initial brightness is darker after pretreatment with NaOH; the initial brightness is lighter after pretreatment with NaaSO3. The brightness differences for the initial pulps, caused by different pretreating processes, can maintain after hydrogen peroxide bleaching. It is found that the initial brightness of the bamboo pulp made by the sulfite pretreating process is lighter than that by the alkali pretreating process, and the former has a higher brightness of 11%-12%ISO than the latter. Optimized alkali dosages are different at the same level usage of H2O2 for the two pretreating process. At the usage level of 10% H2O2, the suitable NaOH charge is 6% while bleaching the pulps made by the alkali pretreating process, and 7% for the sulfite pretreating process. The pulp bleachability for the sulfite pretreating process is better than that for the alkali pretreating process, and the former has a 20%-40% higher tear index and a 10%-20% higher tear index than the latter, respectively. In the range of chemical dosages investigated in this paper, the sulfite process is better than the alkali process for the chemical charges.
