摘要:选取3个种源毛乌素沙地、库布齐沙漠、草原荒漠过渡带的油蒿为试验材料,进行不同水分处理,研究不同种源油蒿对干旱胁迫的形态可塑性响应模式,以及比较不同种源油蒿的形态可塑性指数。结果表明:3个种源地油蒿的相对生长率、根冠比和比叶面积对干旱胁迫的形态可塑性响应模式相似,表现为随着干旱程度加剧,油蒿的相对生长率和比叶面积呈减小的趋势,根冠比呈增大的趋势;而3个种源地油蒿表型可塑性指数无显著差异,而平均形态可塑性指数大小存在一定的差异,如库布齐沙漠油蒿的平均形态可塑性指数大于毛乌素沙地油蒿。综上所述,不同种源地油蒿的形态特征在干旱环境条件下,表现出相似的可塑性响应模式。
With three different provenances of Artemisia ordosica from Mu Us Sandy Land,Kubuqi Desert,desert-steppe transitional zone with different soil moisture,we studied the response model of morphological plasticity of three different provenances of A. ordosica under drought environment compared with the morphological plasticity index of three different provenances of A. ordosica. The response model of morphological plasticity of three different provenances of A. ordosica under drought environment was similar. With the increase of drought stress,RGR and SLA showed a trend of decrease gradually,while the trend of R / S was opposite. Morphological plasticity index of three different provenances of A. ordosica was not significant,but the difference of average size of morphological plasticity index of three different provenances of A. ordosica was significant,for example,the average size of morphological plasticity index of A. ordosica from Kubuqi desert was greater than A. ordosica from Mu Us Sandy Land. Therefore,the response model of morphological plasticity of three different provenances of A. ordosica under drought environment was similar.
