摘要：木材陶瓷是近年来开始研究的一种新型材料 ,它是将木材或其它木质材料经树脂浸渍后 ,在高温下炭化而得到的一种多孔碳素材料。在适当的生产工艺条件下 ,产品具有较高的强度性能 ,可以用作结构材料 ;在热、电、磁和摩擦性能方面具有独特的性能 ,因而又是一种功能材料 ;在生产、使用及废弃后的处理中 ,不会产生环境污染 ,具有良好的环境协调性 。
Woodceramics, a new kind of material being developed in recent years, is made from wood/woody material impregnated with phenolic resin. When correctly processed, Woodceramics exhibits extremely high properties making it suitable as a structural material. It is also a very functional material due to its excellent thermal, electrical, magnetic and frictional characteristics. Furthermore, it is considered an eco friendly material because, when recycled, it can be crushed and applied as an inert soil conditioner.
