摘要:对38份柿种质资源进行连续2年的天然2n花粉得率评价,发现不同资源的2n花粉得率存在明显差异,且相同资源在不同年份也存在差异,筛选出产生2n花粉相对稳定且得率较高的种质2份,涩柿无性系‘716号’和‘中柿4号’,其2n花粉得率分别可达7.17%和6.80%。在34号资源的雄花发育及小孢子母细胞减数分裂过程中,除个别异常现象如中期Ⅰ落后染色体、三分体、二分体等之外,小孢子母细胞减数分裂过程较为规范,且小孢子母细胞减数分裂过程与雄花表型存在相关性,即当花芽开始膨大,花芽的花冠和萼片在顶部持平时(4月8—12日),小孢子母细胞处于减数分裂时期,此时为理化诱导2n花粉得率的最佳时期。
This study evaluated the natural 2n pollen yield of 38 persimmon germplasm resources for two consecutive years.I found that the 2n pollen yield of different resources was significantly different,and the same resource was also different in different years.Seshiwuxingxi#716 and Zhongshi No.4 were screened out of those varieties for having relatively stable 2n pollen yield and relatively high yield,and their 2n pollen yields were up to 7.17%and 6.80%,respectively.In the process of male flower development and microspore mother cell meiosis in the 34 th resource,it was found that except for some abnormal phenomena such as lagging chromosome of metaphaseⅠ,triad,and dyad,the microspore mother cell meiosis process was more norm.It was also found that the meiosis process of microspore mother cells was related to the phenotype of male flowers,that was:When the flower bud began to swell and the corolla and sepals of the flower bud are flat at the top(April 8-April 12),the microspore mother cells were in the stage of meiosis,which was the best period for physicochemical induction of 2n pollen.
