摘要:利用环境经济学原理,分析评估了北京市生态清洁小流域建设措施的环境效益。建立了土地整改、林木生态、湿地生态、绿化种草、污水垃圾处理和工程措施效益的价值计算模型,计算了各类措施的效益价值。在此基础上,计算分析了北京市昌平区3个典型生态清洁小流域建设措施的生态价值和资产价值。结果表明,果庄、大石坡2个小流域的生态价值都集中在生态修复区,所占各区域总价值的比例分别为99.99%和99.42%;而羊台子生态价值的96.99%则集中在生态治理区。果庄、羊台子、大石坡3个流域的资产价值全部集中于生态治理区,占总资产价值的比例依次为99.67%,96.16%,91.89%。
Environmental economic principles were utilized to analyze and evaluate the environmental achievements and benefits of measures to construct ecological and clean-type small watersheds in Beijing City.The value calculation model of efficiency of land renovation,forest ecological,wetlands,grass planting,sewage and litter management and engineering measures were developed to compute the benefits of each practice.The ecology and assets values of construction measures for 3typical small watersheds in Changping District were analyzed.The results indicated that ecological value were concentrated in the ecological restoration area in Guozhuang and Dashipo small watersheds,which covered 99.99% and 99.42% of its total ecological value,respectively,but it was centralized in ecological management area for 96.99%in Yangtaizi.Nevertheless,the assets values of all the 3small watersheds were centralized in ecological management area,and the percentage of the total assets were 99.67%,96.16% and 91.89%,respectively.
