摘要：准确认识共抓长江大保护的科学意义既是中国一个理论问题,又是中国一个实践问题。2016年1月5日,习近平总书记明确提出:当前和今后相当长一个时期,要把修复长江生态环境摆在压倒性位置,共抓大保护,不搞大开发。这是站在中华民族根本利益和长远发展的战略高度,为长江经济带乃至整个长江流域社会经济发展指明了方向,标志着长江经济带建设的重大战略转变,是当前和今后一个时期需要坚持的基本方针。如何准确认识共抓长江大保护,对于指导我国林业建设和环境保护具有十分重要的意义。
It is not only a theoretical problem but also a practical problem in China to understand the scientific significance of the Major Protection of the Yangtze River. In January 5, 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that for a long time now and for a long time to come, we should lay stress on restoring the Yangtze River’s ecological environment in an overwhelming position. We must grasp the major protection and not carry out the great development. This is from a strategic height of the fundamental interests and the long-term development of Chinese nation, pointed out the direction for the social and economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yangtze River Basin, marked the great strategic change of the Yangtze River Economic Belt construction. It would be the basic principles to insist at present and a long period in future. How to accurately understand the Major Protection of the Yangtze River has great significance for guiding forestry construction and environmental protection in our country.
