摘要：发展木本油料产业能有效缓解我国油料供需矛盾,维护我国粮油安全。木本油料产业具有“不与粮争地”的优势,发展潜力巨大,品种资源丰富,可开发利用土地资源丰富、待提升单产的低质低效林面积大、国内外消费市场广阔。然而,木本油料产业发展也存在着投资周期较长、政策扶持力度较弱、经营模式落后、科技支撑不足、宣传力度不足等问题。针对这些问题,研究了我国木本油料产业及发展现状,分析了我国木本食用油供给潜力以及产业发展面临的问题,提出了我国木本油料产业发展的建议:1)整合政策资源,推动木本油料产业快速发展;2)鼓励挖潜增效、集约经营,提升林地综合效益;3)强化科技支撑,加快良种选育和高值高效技术利用推广;4)加强宣传推介,提高市场认可度。
The development of woody oil industry can effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of oil and maintain the safety of grain and oil in China. The woody oil industry has the advantage of "not competing with grain for land". It has great development potential of rich variety resources, abundant exploitable land resources, large area of low-quality and low-efficiency forests to be improved, and broad domestic and foreign consumption markets. However, there are also some problems in the development of woody oil industry, such as long investment cycle, weak policy support, backward business model, insufficient scientific and technological support and insufficient publicity. In view of these problems, the present situation of woody oil industry and development in China was studied, the supply potential of woody edible oil and the problems faced by industrial development in China was analyzed, and suggestions for the development of woody oil industry in China were put forward: 1) Integrate policy resources to promote the rapid development of woody oil industry;2)Encourage tapping potential for efficiency and intensive management to improve the comprehensive benefits of forest land;3) Strengthen scientific and technological support, accelerate the breeding of improved varieties and the utilization and promotion of high-value and efficient technologies;4) Strengthen publicity and promotion to improve market recognition.
