摘要:本文以中国特产油脂籽油为原料,通过脂肪酸异构化、双烯加成及酯化闭环等反应,合成了具有粘度小和柔韧性好等特点的C22二官能度缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂,探讨了最佳合成条件及反应规律,环氧树脂得率达90%以上。利用DSC-TG法对产物固化反应行为进行了表征,并对C22二官能度环氧树脂的应用前景进行了分析。
By series of reactions such as isomerization, diene-addition, esterification and ringclosing, the C22 diglycidyl ester type epoxy resin with low viscosity and good flexibility was synthesized from stillingia oil, a special product of China, and the optimal reaction conditions and reaction principle were discussed. Its yields were above 90%. The practical properties of C22 diglycidyl ester type epoxy resins were analysed. The properties of curing reactions of the resins were also characterized by the method of TG-DSC.
