摘要:为开发暗黑鳃金龟(Holotrichia parallela Motschulsky)、绿脊异丽金龟(Anomala aulax Wiedeman)和大绿异丽金龟(Anomala virens L.)成虫的物理防控无公害防治技术,根据3种金龟成虫具有趋光性的生物学特性及其特殊的复眼结构,设计、制作3种不同波长诱虫灯,进行有效灯具设施及林间应用方法比较与筛选,从而得出诱集效果最佳光源(FWSb=368 nm灯管)以及光源、灯具在林间应用的最佳组合方法.结果表明:不同波长诱虫灯对3种金龟的诱集量存在显著差异,表现为FWSb灯的诱集作用最强,每晚单灯诱集量最高达251头,显著高于其他2种灯的最高诱集量(FWSa和FWSc分别为76和64头),而且该光源对资源昆虫的影响很小,诱集数量平均为0.5000头,诱集到的其他昆虫里有大量害虫.FWSb灯应用于苹果、梨、柿等果树林中能有效诱集、杀灭金龟成虫,可作为无公害综合防治金龟成虫的首选方法.
In order to develop a non pollution controlling technology of the adults of scarabaeoid pests Holotrichia parallela Motschulsky, Anomala aulax Wiedeman and Anomala virens L. by light lure,three kinds of black-light lamp with different wavelengths, the light source of lighting facilities and the application of effective screening methods have been designed, according to the phototaxis of those scarabaeoid adults, and combined with their special compound eye structure. Results show that the best light trapping light was FWSb(368 nm), the best combination method of lamp and application in the forest is the solar light trapping device. There were significant differences in different wavelength of the three light trapping devices.Trapping effects of the best performance is the FWSb lamp, 251 individual adults with a single lamp in a night trapping were caught, the highest number were significantly more than the other two lamps(FWSa and FWSc were 76 and 64 respectively);otherwise, the effects of the light trapping devices on beneficial insects were very small, the caught number on an average was 0.500 0, and there were other pests have been also trapped. Therefore, in the practice of using the technique would not have a negative impact on the ecological system. By using the light trapping technique in orchards of fruit trees such as apple, pear and persimmon, it could trap and kill the adults of those scarabaeoid effectively.
