摘要:测定9种不同配比基质培育凹叶厚朴网袋容器苗的苗高、地径、主根系长度、根系数量、地上干质量、地下干质量以及根冠比、生物量比等苗木生长指标,经方差分析、多重比较和主成分分析,判定苗木质量特征的指标,再进行相应培养基质营养成分分析。结果显示,不同基质培育苗木对苗木生长指标方差分析影响均为显著,主成分分析苗高最为体现幼苗质量的生长指标,其贡献率达45.838%,多重比较分析相应的基质筛选结果优劣顺序为M1>M2>M3>M6>M4>M5>M9>M7>M8,M1、M2、M3为较为理想的培养基质配方。进一步分析得到培养基质营养成分,N、P、K比例控制在50∶1∶420的理论值水平可以培育出理想的凹叶厚朴苗木,产业化生产中可选用M3(V泥炭土∶V珍珠岩∶V蛭石=5∶4∶1)基质培育凹叶厚朴苗木。
The growth indexs,including height,ground diameter,main root length,root number,ground dry weight,root/shoot and biomass ratio of Magnolia biloba seedlings grown in the 9 different light substrate containers were measured and analyzed.The results indicated that the light substrate containers had significant influences on growth index of the seedlings.The principal component analysis showed the seedling height was the best index in reflecting the seedling quality,in which the contribution rate was 45.84%.The quality of the medium formula was in the order at M1M2M3M6M4M5M9M7M8,and the light substrate of M1,M2,M3 were the ideal medium formula for Magnolia biloba.The N∶P∶K ratio should be controlled in 50∶1∶420 in order to product the ideal Magnolia biloba seedlings.And for industrial production,M3 (peat∶perlite∶vermiculite=5∶4∶1) could be used for the optimal medium to product the seedlings of Magnolia biloba.
