摘要:为开发新型三唑类木材防腐剂,检测己唑醇、氟环唑和三唑醇制剂处理材的防腐性能,并将其分别与铜氨(胺)络合物复配,采用抑菌圈法确定二者的优化配比。检测结果表明,三唑制剂的载药量为0.05~O.08kg/m。时,处理材质量损失率≤5%;复配的铜/己唑醇、铜/氟环唑、铜/三唑醇三种铜唑制剂,其优化配比范围分别为99~70:1、124~70:1、49~32:1,适宜的载药量为0.8~1.0kg/m3。
To develop new types of triazole wood preservatives, decay resistance of hexaconazole, epoxyconazole and triadimenol were tested by laboratory sand block tests. The optimized ratios of triazoles to copper were determined by inhibition zone tests. The results indicated that the suitable ratio of copper / hexaconazole was between 99 : 1 and 70 : 1, copper / epoxyeonazole between 124 : 1 to 70 : 1 and copper / triadimenol between 49 : 1 to 32 : 1. When triazole retention was between 0.05 - 0.08 kg/ma and copper triazole retention between 0. 8 - 1.0 kg/ma , the mass loss rate of the treated wood was 5% or less.
