摘要:齿板连接性能的研究,对木桁架及整个轻型框架的木结构设计及性能优化具有重要意义。从齿板连接的前期基础、静态测试、动态测试、破坏模式及连接性能影响因子等方面,详细阐述了国内外齿板连接性能的研究现状,以期为国内齿板连接性能的研究提供借鉴。
Metal-plate-connected (MPC) wood trusses for roofs and floors have been used in lightframe residential and commercial constructions for decades. Proper design and performance optimization of metal-plate connectors play an important role in manufacturing trusses and even throughout whole light frame structures. In this article, the basic principle of metal-plate connections, latest static and dynamic testing results, the failure mode and the impact factors on the connections were reviewed. Based on an extensive literature search, the authors provided some useful suggestions and guidance to develop and manufacture metal-plate connected wood truss in China.
