摘要：【目的】更新海南热带雨林国家公园两栖类动物名录,为国家公园两栖类资源保护提供依据。【方法】于2021年4—5月和8—9月,在海南热带雨林国家公园使用样线法、访问法等野外调查方法,结合相关文献资料,汇编两栖类动物名录。【结果】1)国家公园共记录到44种两栖类动物,隶属于2目8科28属,其中中国特有物种15种,海南特有物种12种。2)7种为国家二级重点保护野生动物;5种被《中国生物多样性红色名录》评估为濒危物种,5种为易危物种,7种为近危物种。3)在地理区系构成上,东洋界物种43种,广布物种1种,无古北界物种。【结论】海南热带雨林国家公园内两栖类动物资源丰富,为众多濒危、特有物种提供重要栖息地,表明国家公园具有重要的生物多样性保育价值。
【Objective】Our results provide a comprehensive directory of amphibians present in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park to be used for biodiversity conservation purposes.【Methods】From April to May and August to September in 2021,we investigated amphibians diversity of national park,by sampling using the line transect,interview method and compiling extensive review of the literature.【Result】Our results showed that:1)We recorded a total of 44 amphibians species belong to 28 genera,8 families of 2 orders,fifteen and twelve amiphibians were endemic to China and Hainan,respectively.2)Among species,seven are listed as Class II state key protected wildlife in China.Five species were evaluated as endangered by the Red List of China’s Biodiversity,5 as vulnerable and 7 as near threatened.3)Additionally,according to the wildlife geographical regions of China,43 species are Oriental,only one species are considered widespread species,and there are no Palaearctic species.【Conclusion】Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park is rich in amphibians species,which provides an important habitat for many endangered and endemic amphibians species,reflecting the important biodiversity conservation value of the national park.
