摘要:采用营养液培养法,以土沉香幼苗为试验材料,研究在缺乏9种营养元素(即-N、-P、-K、-Ca、-Mg、-Fe、-Mn、-B、-Zn)环境条件下,苗木的根系生长、根系活力和叶绿素荧光参数的变化和响应机制。结果表明:(1)与全素对照相比,不同缺素处理下的土沉香幼苗根系生物量值和根系活力显著下降,其中,-Ca和-K处理影响最显著,其次为-Fe处理;(2)不同缺素处理稳态荧光产量(Ft),光适应时最大荧光(Fm′),叶绿体光系统II(PSⅡ)在部分反应中心关闭下实际光化学量子产量(Yield),非循环电子传输速率(ETR),光下最小荧光(Fo′)以及潜在最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)值与CK处理差异显著,其中,-P处理Ft值最小,Fe和P元素对Fm′抑制最明显,-Fe处理对Yield值影响最大,-Mg处理的ETR值最小,-Fe处理抑制Fo′值最明显,-P处理抑制Fv/Fm值最明显。
A greenhouse hydroponic experiment was conducted to study the effects of different nutrient deficiency on A. sinensis( Lour.) Gilg seedlings in the Research Institute of Tropical Forestry. We observed the seedling morphological characters, measured the root dry biomass, root activity and foliar Ft, Fm ′, Fv/Fm, ETR, Fo′ and yield under the environment of lacking nine nutrient elements: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium,magnesium, iron, manganese, boron and zinc. The results showed:(1) Nutrient deficiency would result to reduced root biomass and root activity of the seedlings. The limiting factor of the root biomass and root activity is calcium and phosphorus, and followed by iron.(2) Ft, Fm′, Yield, ETR, Fo′ and Fv/Fm value of each nutrient deficiency treatments were significantly different from complete nutrient mixture(CK). The minimum value of Ft and Fv/Fm was the treatment of phosphorus deficiency. The evidently inhibited elements on Fm ′ were phosphorus and iron.The iron and magnesium were the most significant impact factor or element on the value of yield and Fo′ and ETR, respectively.
