摘要:通过单体燃烧试验(SBI)和锥形量热仪(CONE)测试,发现阻燃处理可降低阻燃饰面胶合板的热释放速率和总热释放量,抑制产烟速率和产烟总量,延缓木材炭化速率;阻燃等级达到B1(B)级别,用于木结构的墙体覆面材料,对提高木结构建筑的火灾安全性具有重要作用;同时有利于实现结构支撑、骨架抗火以及居室内部装饰与阻燃等功能的一体化,提高木结构建筑的装配化程度。
Samples of flame-retardant decorative plywood were detected by single burning item test(SBI)and cone calorimeter test(CONE).The result showed that the heat release rate(HRR)and total heat release(THR)of the samples were decreased,the smoke production rate and total smoke production of the samples were inhibited,and the wood charring rate of the samples was reduced.The performance of the tested samples could meet the requirement of Grade B1(B)of GB 8624—2012 and could be used as the wall covering material in timber construction.This characteristic plays a key role in improving the fire safety of timber construction.Meanwhile,fabricated light-frame structure could be improved by integrating structural support,fire resistance of wood frame,interior decoration,and flame retardancy.
