摘要: 本文以毛竹(Phyllostachyspubescens)为试材,根据美国木材防腐协会E11-97标准,研究了4种配方的铜唑(CuAz)防腐剂的室内抗流失性,并与CCA、ACQ和有机酸铜类防腐剂的固着性作了对比。结果表明:铜唑防腐剂的固着率高于有机酸(柠檬酸、草酸和苹果酸)铜的固着率;对于所有含铜的制剂,高吸药量水平下的固着率一般高于低吸药量水平下的固着率;当吸药量6.56~7.31kg/m3时,以氨基醇作溶剂的铜唑固着率低于用氨作溶剂的铜唑固着率。
The leaching characteristics of copper in 4 kinds of copper triazole treated Moso Bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens) were determined according to the AWPA E 11-97 standard. The results indicated that copper fixation rate from organic acid salts, such as citrate and oxalate and malate, was less than copper triazole formulations. Copper fixation rate could be increased along with raising the retention level. While the retention level was within 6.56~7.31 kg/m^3, the copper fixation rate of ammonia-based copper triazole treated bamboo was higher than that of ethanolamine-based copper triazole treated bamboo.
