摘要:基于美国标准ASTM D4761-13《锯材、木质结构材力学性能测试方法》测试CLT抗压弹性模量和抗压强度,分析层板模量、层数、层板厚度、组坯方向对国产日本落叶松正交胶合木(CLT)抗压性能的影响。试验结果表明:层板模量对CLT的抗压弹性模量和抗压强度影响显著;锯材厚度、层数和组坯方向对CLT抗压强度存在显著性,但对抗压弹性模量影响不显著;基于极限状态设计法,CLT抗压强度的设计参考值分别为11.65 MPa(L-CLT)、12.52 MPa(M-CLT)、13.84 MPa(H-CLT)。
According to ASTM D4761-13"Standard test methods for mechanical properties of lumber and wood-base structural material",the compressive modulus and strength were tested.The effects of the plate modulus,layer number,thickness of timber and the direction of layup on the compressive properties of CLT fabricated with domestic Japanese larch were analyzed.Experimental results showed that the modulus of outer layer had significant influence on the compressive modulus and strength of CLT;the thickness of timber,the numbers of layer,and the direction of layup had significant influence on the compressive strength,but had no significant influence on the compressive modulus.According to the limit state design method,it was suggested the design values of compressive strength were 11.65 MPa,12.52 MPa and 13.84 MPa for L-CLT,M-CLT,and H-CLT,respectively.
