摘要:桉树和杨树是种植广泛的人工林树种之一,利用其制造结构胶合板意义大重。通过测定不同热压温度、时间、压力和涂胶量条件下,桉杨混合组坯结构胶合板的胶合强度,发现4个因子对胶合板的胶合强度均影响显著。本试验范围内,较优胶合工艺参数为:热压温度145℃、时间1.5 min/mm、压力0.8 MPa、涂胶量320 g/m2。
Eucalyptus and poplar plantations, over 4. 8 × 10^6 hm^2, play a very import role in the raw material supply chain in China's wood panel industry. A literature search found that research on utilizing these fast growing trees to manufacture structural plywood was limited. In this study, the authors investigated the effect of selected processing factors (pressing temperature, pressing time, pressing pressure, and adhesive usage) on the bonding strength of structural plywood panels made from mixed Eucalyptus/poplar veneer. The results showed that all the selected parameters affected significantly on the bonding strength. The optimal processing parameters for producing eucalyptus/poplar plywood panels in this study were. hot pressing temperature =135 ℃, pressing time = 1.5 min/mm, pressing pressure = 0.8 MPa, and adhesive usage = 320 g/m^2.
