摘要：针对在利用分子标记开展遗传多样性研究时遇到的取样问题,标记选择问题,各种标记优缺点,标记适用范围,标记遗传参数之间比较,标记之间相关性,以及遗传聚类的差异产生原因等关键问题,作了一些探讨。
Such key problems in the research of genetic diversity by rrolecular markers were discussed, such as how to get samples, choose suitable molecular markers, and the advantage and disadvantage of different msrkers, suitable range of nkarkers, comparability of genetic parameters, correlation between different markers, and the reason resulting in different genetic clustering.
