摘要:在人造板甲醛释放量快速检测装置中,温度控制过程具有非线性、时滞性、时变性等特点,难以建立精确的数学模型。为此开发了模糊PID温度控制系统,在线自动调整PID控制参数,适应被控过程参数的变化。应用结果表明,与常规PID控制算法相比,该算法的系统稳定性、响应速度、超调量和稳态精度等均有明显改进,控制效果良好。
In chambers for accelerated testing formaldehyde emissions from wood-based panels, temperature was indirectly regulated by water circulation. Due to non-linearity, time delay and time variation of the temperature control, it was hard to build a precise mathematical model for the process. A fuzzy adaptive Proportion-Integration-Differentiation (PID) controller was designed and developed, which could automatically adjust the PID parameters and to adapt changing arguments in the controlled process. Compared with conventional PID control algorithms, the control effect of a fuzzy-PID algorithm could greatly improve system stability, responding speed, overshoot and steady state accuracy.
