摘要:【目的】种子形态学性状是植物适应环境和进化的结果,对种子植物繁衍具有重要的调控作用。【方法】根据内蒙古磴口多年平均降水量和植物生长规律,在植物生长季5-9月设计4个增雨梯度(25%,50%,75%与100%),对天然白刺灌丛进行增雨实验,利用Winseedle种子和针叶图象分析软件系统,研究通过人工模拟增雨分析对比了唐古特白刺种子表型形态特征对降水增多的响应,同时分析了唐古特白刺不同大小种子的萌发及幼苗生长特征。【结果】不同增雨量对唐古特白刺种子长度、宽度、体积、表面积、长宽比及千粒重均有影响,其中种子体积、表面积和千粒重在不同增雨处理间差异均显著,且三者与增雨量均显著负相关。【结论】降雨增加后唐古特白刺会产生更小的种子来适应环境变化。大小不同的唐古特白刺种子在萌发率和出苗率上并不存在显著差异,但小种子发芽最早,在发芽初期有较大优势;大种子发芽最晚,且具最高发芽率。
【Objective】The morphological characters of seeds are the result of plant adaptation and evolution, and have important regulation effect on seed plant reproduction.【Method】According to annual average precipitation of Dengkou and the plant growth regulation,each precipitation enhancement vegetation season(from May to September)with four rain enhancement gradient (25 %,50 %,75 % and 100 %),the artificial simulation of precipitation experiment to natural N.tangutorum shrubs was conducted.In this study, the response of the phenotypic morphological features of the white thorn seed to the precipitation increase was compared by artificial simulation. The seed germination and seedling characteristics of different size seed were studied.【Result】The results showed the effects of different precipitation on the length, width, volume, surface area, length width ratio and thousand grain weight of N.tangutorum . Among them volume, surface area and thousand grain weight were significantly different in different precipitation, which were negatively correlated with rainfall.【Conclusion】The increase in rainfall will result in a smaller seed to adapt to environmental changes. There was no significant difference in germination and emergence between large seed and small seed. However, small seed germination was the earliest and had a great advantage in the early stage of germination. Large seeds sprout late and have the highest germination percentage.
