摘要：An experiment was conducted to compare the rooting status of softwood cutting of prunus mume by different cultivars,auxin,and media under automatic mist spraying.The results showed that the rooting percentages of ’Meiren Mei’,’Sanlun Yudie’ and ’Xiao Meiren’ among 22 cultivars were all higher than 90%.The average rooting percentages of 22 cultivars of Prunus mume was 60.1%.The rooting percentage of Blireiana Group cultivars was higher than True Mume Group and Apricot Mei Group.The rooting percentages of ’Xiao Meiren’,’Meiren Mei’,’Sanlun Yudie’ were higher than 90% through IBA concentration treatment(2 000 mg·L-1).Auxin treatment of various concentration was different in rooting status.The best concentration was 1 500,2 500 mg·L-1 individual that IBA stimulated ’Meiren Mei’,’Fenghou’ rooting.4 kinds of cutting media(peat,coco coir,vermiculate,perlite and sand) were used.The cuttage rooted bestly in peat.Secondly the rooting percentage was good in coco coir of ’Meiren Mei’,’JiangMei’;’YanXing’ in vermiculate.
