摘要:对国外引进卡西亚松种子的播种苗苗期扦插育苗技术进行研究。通过采用不同基质、不同浓度激素配比对成苗株生长指标、干/鲜质量、分根数、含水率等15个性状指标进行比较分析。结果表明:卡西亚松扦插后所有研究性状在不同基质/激素配比之间均达到极显著差异;激素与基质对扦插成苗率具有重要的作用;以多性状坐标综合评定法进行评定,云南南部卡西亚松扦插育苗,基质的最优类型为黄心土+泥炭土+珍珠岩按3∶5∶2配比,扦插中使用激素IBA好于ABT1,以低浓度(100~250 ppm)浸泡穗条根部2 h为佳。
To study on the techniques of Pinus kesiya in cuttage propagation by introduction in south of Yunnan. By variance analysis of different 15 traits, there were significant differences in growth traits, biomass, root quantity and water percentage among 30 different soil medium or hormones types; compare with the survivor rate of different treatment-types, the soil medium units and hormone are important to P. Kesiya in clonal reproduce; The results of synthesis analysis among traits showed that the best type such as the best medium proportion is 3:5:2 of yellow-subsoil+ peat soil+ pearlite according to volume, and the best hormone content is 100-250 ppm IBA, plus to dip the stump root of stem cutting in root stimulate 2 hours can achieve good results for seedlings propagation.
