摘要:为了解早熟素(precocene)对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂(Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao)的翅型分化和性比的影响,采用室内生物测定的方法,研究了不同浓度早熟素处理对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂后代翅型和性比的影响。结果表明:在浓度为5、50μg·μl^(-1)的早熟素处理下,白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂3日龄、5日龄、7日龄幼虫后代翅型和性比均与对照存在显著差异,50μg·μl^(-1)浓度处理,3日龄幼虫的有翅率最低,5μg·μl^(-1)浓度处理,3、7日龄幼虫的有翅率也低于对照组。5μg·μl^(-1)浓度处理,5日龄幼虫有翅率与对照组无明显差异。不同浓度早熟素处理对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂3日龄、5日龄、7日龄幼虫后代翅型分化的影响较小。高浓度的早熟素对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂5、7日龄幼虫后代雌虫数量的影响显著。早熟素处理对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂后代翅型分化和性比均具有显著影响,因此可通过早熟素来调控规模化繁育过程中白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂的翅型和性比。
In order to understand the effect of precocene on the wing differentiation and sex ratio of Selerodermus pupariae , the effects of different concentrations of precocene on wing types and sex ratio of progeny of Sclerodermus pupariae were studied. Result shows that the concentration of 5 μg·μl^-1 and 50 μg·μl^-1 of the pretreatment is significantly different from that of the control at 3,5 & 7 days old larvae,and the concentration is 50μg·μl^-1 con-centration of 3-day-old larvae have the lowest wing rate, while the 5μg·μl^-1 concentration of 3,7-day-old larvae have lower wing rate than the control group. Five jug jul-1 concentration of 5-day-old larvae has no significant effect on wing rate control group. At the same time, the number of females with 5 μg·μl^-1 have significant effects on the number of females at 5 7 days of age. The effects of different concentrations of precocene on the wing differentia-tion of the 3rd day, 5 day old and 7 day old larvae are not significant. The high concentration of precocene have sig-nificant effects on the number of females in the offspring of 5 , 7-day-old larvae. The treatment of precocene have significant effects on differentiation sex ratio of Selerodermus pupariae the waxy gypsum, which could be used to control the wing type and sex ratio of Selerodermus pupariae in the process of large-scale breeding.
