摘要：藤本竹是竹类植物中较具经济和观赏价值的种类,目前已发现有10属40种。该文通过实地考察系统介绍了我国藤本竹的生物多样性状况,以及种类、特点及分布情况,并对藤本竹的生物多样性保护和可持续利用提出了建设性意见。
Rattan-like bamboos in Bambusoideae are defined as ones which have unique and rattan-like shape and climbing stem. These bamboos are obviously different from common bamboo due to their liane-like shape and specific biological features. The bamboo is greatly valuable in ornamentation and horticulture. So far 40 species in 10 genera have been reported from China. In this paper, species biodiversity, resources and geological distribution of the rattan-like bamboos were briefly introduced and discussed. Suggestions were proposed for conservation and sustainable development of these bamboo resources.
