摘要:Coastal wetlands act as transitional zones between marine and terrestrial ecosystems and exhibit unique geographical and ecological characteristics, resulting in a wide range of sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and potential ecological risks. In this study, we analyzed the distribution patterns, sources, and impact of environmental factors on PAH distribution in the soil of Yancheng coastal wetlands. The findings elucidate the pollution status of Yancheng coastal wetlands, providing a scientific basis for the remediation of PAHs-contaminated areas. The research results indicate that the total concentration of 16 PAHs detected in the surface soil of the coastal wetland in Yancheng ranged from 6.39 to 80.64 ng/g, suggesting relatively low pollution levels. In areas with vegetation, the concentration of PAHs in the surface soil is significantly higher than in areas without vegetation. The vertical distribution of PAHs varies with depth, with low molecular weights PAHs (LMW-PAHs) having higher concentrations in the 0-20 cm soil layer, while high molecular weights PAHs (HMW-PAHs) tend to accumulate in the 50-100 cm layer. Biomass burning, vehicle emissions, oil spills, and industrial production are identified as the main sources of PAHs. In the buffer zone, the correlation between PAHs and environmental factors is weak, while in the core zone, as the depth increases, the influence of soil organic matter (SOM), soil particle size (SGS), and soil water content (SWC) on the distribution of HMW-PAHs in the soil gradually strengthens. The interactions between soil physicochemical factors have a significant impact on the concentration changes of HMW-PAHs.
