摘要:对23年生人工林米老排木材物理力学性质进行了测定和分析.结果表明:木材气干密度、全干密度和基本密度分别为0.577 g/cm3,0.554 g/cm3,0.463 g/cm3,属中等级别.木材全干差异干缩和气干差异干缩分别为1.963和2.442,弦向和径向干缩湿胀差异较大;木材端面、弦面和径面的硬度分别为5 717.0 N,3 963.7 N和3 822.8 N,弦面和径面的抗劈力分别为16和14 N/mm,弦面和径面的顺纹抗剪强度分别为11.6 MPa和11.3 MPa,抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量分别为132.3 MPa和13 092 MPa,冲击韧性为62.5 kJ/m2,顺纹抗压强度为48.7 MPa;木材综合品质系数为3 909×105Pa,品质系数非常高,属高等级材.
A systematic study was made in this paper of the physical and mechanical properties of the wood from a 23-year-old Mytilaria laosensis plantation. The research results show that the average densities of the air-dried, oven-dried and basic wood are respectively 0. 577 g/cm^3, 0. 554 g/cm^3 and 0. 463 g/cm^3, belonging to the middle level; that the values of the differential shrinkage of oven-dried and air-dried wood are 1. 963 and 2. 442 respectively, indicating that the difference of drying shrinkage and the wetting swelling in radial and tangential directions are significant; that the values of the hardness on cross, tangential and radial surfaces are respectively 5 717.0 N, 3 963.0 N and 3 822.8 N ; that the values of the anti-splitting strength in tangential and radial directions are 16 N/mm and 14 N/mm and those of the anti-shearing strength parallel to grain on tangential and radial directions are 11.6 MPa and 11.3 MPa; and that the bending strength and the modulus of elasticity are 132.3 MPa and 13 092 MPa, the impact toughness is 62.5 kJ/m and the compressive strength parallel to grain is 48.7 MPa. To sum up, the comprehensive quality coefficient of this wood is 3 909 × 10^5 Pa, thus illustrating that the Mytilaria laosensis plantation wood is of high quality.
