摘要:采用应力波断层成像技术对杉木和胡杨木材内部缺陷进行检测,结果表明3种诊断方法均能对木材缺陷进行有效诊断,通过波速矩阵二维图像重构,能够直观显示缺陷部位、大小及形状等信息;断层图像能为树干危险性评价提供依据,但腐朽与空洞界线尚未能准确区分;应力波在健康木材断面传播途径呈规律性,在缺陷出现处应力波波速明显降低,且传播无规律性。
Internal defects of Chinese Fir and Euphrates Poplar were evaluated through imaging recognition by stress wave tomography.Results showed stress wave tomography was an effective method in diagnosing internal defects in wood.Defect information,such as dimension,location and shape,could be reconstructed through 2D image velocity matrix.The stress wave tomography provided a useful reference for assessing the stability of tree trunks,but it did not accurately distinguish between decay and hollow areas in the wood.
