摘要:华中五味子为多年生木质藤本植物,药食同源,属国家三级重点保护野生药材。为给华中五味子野生资源的开发与利用提供参考依据,对其开花物候期与花部形态特征进行了观测与分析。结果表明:华中五味子雄花从花芽萌动至花瓣凋谢平均历时41 d,其单花开花进程平均历时9.5 d;雌花从花芽萌动至花瓣凋谢平均历时43.5 d,其单花开花进程平均历时9 d;雌、雄株盛花期的重合期在5月1日至5月4日。雌、雄株群体开花强度的变化曲线均为双峰曲线,其开花强度均随开花天数的增长而呈现先升高,达到第1个峰值后再降低,然后达到第2个峰值,随后降低的变化趋势;雌、雄株群体开花比例的变化曲线均为单峰曲线,其开花比例随着开花天数的增长均呈升高,达到高峰后又逐渐下降的变化趋势,但其开花比率上升的速度小于下降的速度;华中五味子的开花强度与最高气温、最低气温、开花天数、植株性别之间均不存在显著相关性,而其开花强度与天气状况、开花比例之间均存在显著正相关性;华中五味子的开花比例与最高气温、最低气温、植株性别之间均不存在显著相关性,而其开花比例与天气状况、开花天数之间均存在显著正相关性。
Schisandra sphenanthera is a perennial woody liana and a medicinal and edible plant. Fruits in S. sphenanthera belongs to the third level of wild protection herbs included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. In order to provide a basis for development and utilization of wild S. sphenanthera resources, flowering phenophase and flower morphological characteristics in S. sphenanthera were observed and analyzed. The results showed that there were 41 days from bud germination to withered of male flowers in S. sphenanthera, and there were 43.5 days from bud germination to withered of female flowers in S. sphenanthera. Average male flowering process was 9.5 days, and average female flowering process was 9 days. Synchronization of female full-flowering stage and male full-flowering stage was from May 1 to May 4. Flowering intensity curves of male and female plant populations were bimodal, flowering intensities were increased and achieved the first peak with flowering days, and then decreased, and its were lowered again while it achieved the second peak. Flowering percent curves of male and female plant populations were unimodal, the trends were increased and gradually decreased after peak with flowering days, but increasing rate was lower than decreasing rate. Flowering intensity had no significant correlations with maximum temperature, minimum temperature, flowering days and plant sex. Flowering intensity had significant positive correlations with weather and flowering percent. Flowering percent had no correlation with maximum temperature, minimum temperature and plant sex, but had significant correlations with weather and flowering days.
