摘要:将二聚酸环氧化得到二聚酸二缩水甘油酯,其与CO2在高压釜中加成反应得到二聚酸环碳酸酯(DAC),将DAC作为增韧剂添加到E51环氧树脂-二乙烯三胺体系中固化。采用FTIR和1H-NMR表征了产物结构,并对固化物样品进行了动态热机械分析、热重分析和力学性能测试。结果表明:DAC已成功合成。DAC添加质量分数30%的体系的冲击强度是无添加体系的4倍,断裂伸长率增长1倍,拉伸强度也提高7.3%。固化物玻璃化转变温度随着DAC加入量的增加逐渐降低。添加了不同比例的DAC制得的环氧固化材料均具有良好的热稳定性,其初始热分解温度均在340℃以上。
The dimer acid was epoxidized to give the dimer acid diglycidyl ester which was reacted with CO2 in an autoclave to obtain dimer acid cyclic carbonate(DAC). The DAC was added as a toughening agent to E51 epoxy resin-diethylenetriamine system. The structure of the products were characterized by FTIR and1H-NMR,and the thermo-mechanical analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and mechanical property tests of the cured samples were carried out. The results showed that the DAC was successfully synthesized.The impact strength of the system with 30% mass fraction of DAC was 4 times that of the system without DAC,the elongation at break was increased by 1 time and the tensile strength was increased by 7.3%. The glass transition temperature of the cured product was decreased with the increasing of the DAC amount. All the epoxy cured materials prepared with different ratios of DAC had good thermal stability and the initial pyrolysis temperature was above 340 ℃.
