摘要:【目的】调查濮阳市台前县樱桃叶斑病的群落组成,及优势种群对樱桃叶片的致病性,并筛选主要致病菌的拮抗菌株。【方法】采用组织分离法分离并统计叶斑组织中的真菌,通过ITS序列进行初步鉴定,选取优势种群进行致病性测定,然后采用十字对峙法筛选出主要致病菌的拮抗菌。【结果】台前县樱桃种植示范园内樱桃叶斑病害发生严重,约90%的植株受到叶斑病的危害。按照症状将叶斑病病斑分为5类;在樱桃叶病斑分离菌株中,链格孢(Alternaria spp.)和炭疽菌(Colletotrichum spp.)为优势菌群,接种结果显示C.gloeosporioides、C.truncatum、A.alternata、A.compacta、A.brassicae对樱桃叶片具有致病性;对峙实验显示樱桃内生细菌中有多个菌株对本研究的病原菌具有抑制作用,其中Bacillus velezensis和B.subtilis对本研究的5种病原菌具有强效抑制作用。【结论】台前县的樱桃叶斑病病斑中优势种群为Alternaria spp.和Colletotrichum spp.,其中A.alternata、A.tenuissima、A.compacta、C.gloeosporioides与C.truncatum为樱桃叶斑病的病原菌;从樱桃内生菌中筛选出的B.velezensis W6、W16和B.subtilis W13对本研究的5种病原菌具有强效抑制作用,结果将为寻找樱桃叶部病害的生物防治方法提供重要依据。
【Objective】Investigate the community structure of cherry leaf spot in Taiqian country,Puyang city,Henan province,and their pathogenicity of the dominant populations to cherry leaf.Then screen their antagonistic bacteria.【Method】Isolate the fungi by tissue isolation from the leaves spots tissue and count them.Identified the strains through sequence comparative analysis of ITS-coding gene.Select the dominant population to determine the pathogenicity.Then screen the antagonistic bacteria of those pathogenic fungi by cross-over method.【Result】The cherry spot in demonstration plantation is seriously that about 90%plants were damaged by the spots.There 5 kinds of disease spot classified by their symptom.Alternaria spp.and Colletotrichum spp.are the dominant population of the strains isolated from the cherry spots.According to the inoculation result,C.gloeosporioides,C.truncatum,A.alternata,A.compacta and A.brassicae are all have the pathogenicity of the cherry leaf.According to the antagonis experiment,many endophyte in cherry have the inhibiting effect to these 5 pathogenic fungi in this study.What's more,Bacillus velezensis and B.subtilis have strong inhibiting effect to them.【Conclusion】Alternaria spp.and Colletotrichum spp.are the demonstration plantation of the cherry spots in Taiqian country.A.alternata,A.tenuissima,A.compacta,C.gloeosporioides and C.truncatum are the pathogenic fungi of the cherry spots.B.velezensis and B.subtilis selected from the cherry endophyte,have strong inhibiting effect to the 5 pathogenic fungi in this study.The result of this research will provide important still about the prevention and cure of cherry spots.
