摘要:以固定床为气化反应器,对生物质水蒸气气化的特性进行了一系列实验研究。气化介质水蒸气为一定温度下的蒸汽,由一定流量的氮气载入反应体系内。实验探讨了采用杨木屑作为气化原料时,气化温度、以原料浸泡方式加入的催化剂类型、水蒸气加入量等主要参数对气体产量的影响。结果表明:在较高气化温度下,白云石催化剂中铁含量越多,比表面积越大,中孔越多,水蒸气加入量越多,对气化反应越有利。在原料量1500mg、反应温度900℃、水蒸气蒸发温度48℃、陕西白云石催化剂状态下得到的最高氢气产量为5.95mL/min。
The characteristics of biomass toward steam gasification in a fixed-bed were studied by experiments. Saturated steam was carried into the gasifier by N2. Effects of gasification conditions on yield of fuel gas, such as gasification temperature, style of catalyst and steam quantity in the gasifier when using poplar sawdust as raw material were investigated. From the experimental results, it can be seen that higher reaction temperature, proper style of calcined dolomite (higher iron content, bigger specific surface area and more mesopores )and higher steam quantity were profitable conditions. The highest hydrogen yield, 5.95 mL/min, was achieved under the conditions of poplar sawdust mass 1 500 mg, reaction temperature 900 ℃, steam (mixed quantitatively with N2 )saturation teraperature 48 ℃ using Shaanxi dolomite ,as catalyst.
