摘要:为开发高性能功能型生物基环氧聚合物新材料,研究以大豆油衍生物环氧大豆油(ESO)为原料,依次引入糠胺(FA)和甲基纳迪克酸酐(MNA)功能单元制备了系列含有不同数量β-氨基醇和动态酯键结构的多元羧酸类环氧树脂固化剂ESOFM,进一步与E51环氧树脂(ER)共聚后构筑了一系列融合动态酯键的环氧聚合物ESOFM/ER,并对其力学、抗菌、再加工、形状记忆和热性能进行了详细分析。研究发现,构筑的聚合物均具有优异的韧性,当ESO∶MNA物质的量比为1∶6时,ESOFM-3/ER聚合物的拉伸强度可达到21.44 MPa,断裂伸长率同时可达到35.83%,而柔性ESOFM-1/ER(ESO∶MNA物质的量比为1∶4)聚合体系的断裂伸长率高达125.49%,拉伸强度仍可达到14.87 MPa;抗菌测试结果表明制备的聚合物对金色葡萄球菌有优良的抗菌性能;动态热机械分析结果表明聚合物的玻璃化转变温度均高于30℃;热重测试结果显示聚合物具有良好的热稳定性,其热初始分解温度均高于245℃;再加工性能测试表明,在200℃高温条件下可进行多次热压再加工,聚合体系内融合的动态酯键赋予其典型的热塑性特征;另外,所构筑的环氧聚合物具有良好的形状记忆性能。
To develop high-performance functional bio-based epoxy polymer materials with excellent properties,a series of multi-carboxylic acid epoxy resin curing agents named ESOFMs containing different amounts ofβ-amino alcohol and dynamic ester bond structures were prepared using soybean oil derivatives epoxy soybean oil(ESO)as the raw material via sequential introduction reaction of furfurylamine(FA)and methyl nadikic acid anhydride(MNA)functional units.These epoxy curing agents were further copolymerized with E51 epoxy resin(ER)to fabricate a series of ESOFM/ER polymers containing dynamic ester bonds,and their mechanical properties,antibacterial properties,reprocessing shape memory,and thermal properties were investigated in detail.The results show that all the epoxy polymers exhibite excellent toughness,when molar ratio of ESO∶MNA is 1∶6,the tensile strength of ESOFM-3/ER polymer can reach 21.44 MPa,and its elongation at break can simultaneously reach 35.83%.Meanwhile,the elongation at break of flexible ESOFM-1/ER polymerization system is as high as 125.49%when molar ratio of ESO∶MNA is 1∶4,and its tensile strength can still reach 14.87 MPa.The antibacterial test results demonstrate that the prepared polymers has excellent antibacterial performance against staphylococcus aureus.Dynamic thermomechanical analysis results show that glass transition temperature values of the polymers are higher than 30℃.Thermogravimetric test results indicate that the polymers has excellent thermal stability,and their initial decomposition temperature are all above 245℃.The reprocessing performance test demonstrate that they can undergo multiple thermal press reprocessing at 200℃,the dynamic ester bonds integrated within the polymerization system endow it with typical thermoplastic characteristics.Additionally,the fabricated epoxy polymers also exhibit superior shape memory properties.
