摘要:采用一体化深度处理反应器对化机浆好氧出水进行深度处理实验研究,考查不同的反应器内部介质——填充陶粒、折流板、曝气对处理效果的影响。结果表明:处理最优加药工艺条件为,初始p H值5.76,Fe SO4·7H2O加量8.97m mol/L,H2O2/Fe SO4·7H2O比值1.00。采用单一介质构型反应器时,曝气反应器优于另外两种,平均的CODCr去除率达到了87.2%,且随水力停留时间去除率变化不大,停留时间为10min的色度仅为50度;采用组合方式构型时效果优于单一介质,填料+曝气的反应器组合方式优于其他两种组合方式,CODCr最高去除率达到了93.2%,出水CODCr仅为34.3mg/L,达到GB 3544-2008排放标准。
The effluent of chemimechanical pulping from aerobic process was treated with an integrated advanced - treatment reactor, different inner media or structures of reactor were tested, including ceramic filler, baffle and aeration, it shows the optimal technical parameters of chemical' s dosage are that the initial pH is 5.76, dosage of FeSO4 · 7H2O is 8.97 m mol/L, ratio of H2O2 and FeSO4 · 7H2O is 1.00. Comparing the inner media of advanced - treatment reactor respectively, the aeration is better than the others with which the removal of CODcrreaches 87. 2%, furthermore the value changes little along HRT increasing, the color is only 50 degree as HRT is 10 min. The result treated by reactor of combination inner media is better than that of single inner media, the reactor combining filler and aeration is better than the two others with which the maximum removal of CODcr is 93.2% , it can reach the discharge standard GB 3544 -2008.
