摘要:采用开式和闭式切削对比方式,对不同锯切条件下侧刃参数中锯料角对切向力和法向力的影响规律进行研究,为刀具设计和加工参数的合理设置提供依据。研究发现:锯齿侧刃产生的力占总切向力的4.6%~20.2%,以侧刃切向力为主。当锯料角增加或切削厚度减小时,侧刃力占比呈减少趋势;随切削速度增加,侧刃切向力增大,但切削速度对侧刃法向力的影响不明显。在相同锯料角条件下,横向切削时的侧刃切向力最大。
In this paper,influence of radial clearance angle of the sawtooth side edge in closed cutting and open cutting on the tangential force and normal force in different sawing conditions were evaluated.It was found that the tangential force which accounted for 4.6% to 20.2% of the total tangential force was the main force from the side edge while the normal force had no obvious changes.When the radial clearance angle increased or the cutting thickness decreased,the side edge cutting force decreased.The tangential force increased with increased cutting speed which had no obvious influence on the normal force.With the same radial clearance angles,the tangential force from the side edge in transverse cutting showed the biggest.
