摘要:选取活性艳蓝KN-R染料在不同工艺条件下浸染杨木单板,测定在各种条件下的染着量。结果表明:在不同染色温度与时间的条件下,在染液的质量分数0.01%到0.20%范围内,染色单板染着量与染液质量分数成正比;在不同染色温度和质量分数条件下,随着时间的延长,染着量变化不大;在不同时间、质量分数条件下,随着染色温度上升,染着量变化不显著。因此,活性艳蓝KN-R染液在质量分数0.20%、染色时间1 h、温度40℃下即可达到染色目的。
Poplar (Populus euramericana cv.‘I-214’) veneer with thickness of 0.7 mm was dyed by reactive KN-R blue dyestuff. The influence of dye consumption, as well as technical factors such as dyeing temperature and time, on dyeing effectiveness was evaluated. It was found that the dyestuff quantity absorbed by the veneer increased as the concentration of the dyeing solution rose from 0.01% to 0.02%. Under a certain condition, neither dyeing temperature nor dyeing time had much effect on the veneer, so optimum parameters were determined as follows: concentration of KN-R of 0.20 %, dyeing temperature at 40 ℃ and a duration time for 1 h.
