摘要：文章在广泛调查研究的基础上,认为广东省沿海防护林保障措施已得以强化,体系框架基本形成,为地方相关产业的发展创造了条件。提出广东省沿海防护林体系建设存在抵御灾害能力不强、人为隐患较多、科技支撑相对滞后等问题,并探讨了问题的解决办法和建议。
Basing on in-depth investigation and extensive data collection, the authors believe that safeguard measures of coastal protection forest in Guangdong province have been strengthened, and the system framework have been formed. Besides, the coastal protection forest promotes the development of local related industries. However, there are many problems in the present situation of coastal protection forest, such as the capacity of resisting disasters is weak, many man-made hidden dangers still exist, scientific and technological supports are relatively backward, and so on. Aiming at the existing problems, the authors put forward some relevant methods and proposals by analysis and discussion.
