摘要:参照国家标准,对我国木材市场典型的进口针叶树木材——辐射松进行物理性能和力学性能的研究。结果表明,辐射松木材气干密度较低,径向干缩率与湿胀率均小于弦向,径向尺寸稳定性优于弦向;端面硬度>弦面硬度>径面硬度;抗弯强度等级为中,弹性模量、顺纹抗剪强度、顺纹抗压强度、冲击韧性等级为低。在实际应用时需充分考虑其材质特点,适材适用。
Physical and mechanical properties of Pinus radiata wood imported from New Zealand were tested and evaluated according to relevant Chinese national standards. The test results showed that air-dry density of the wood samples was low, shrinkage rate and wet expansion ratio in radial direction of the wood samples were all less than that in tangential direction, resulting in better radial dimensional stability. Cross hardness, radial hardness and tangential hardness of the wood samples ranked the best, the second and the worst, respectively. Bending strength fell in medium grade, and bending modulus of elasticity, impact toughness, shearing-strength and compressive strength parallel to grain were all in low grade. Therefore, it was suggested that if the wood be better processed and utilized, the characteristics of Pinus radiata wood should be considered.
