摘要：中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。我国的科技成果转化也进入了新的发展阶段,面临着新的挑战。文章在对新《转化法》实施以来科技成果转移转化进行简要回顾和理性认识的基础上,指出了科技成果转移转化的政策、制度、参与主体、市场、产业等多个方面存在的更深层次的问题,并分析了这些问题的原因,提出了解决对策。
As the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, the transformation of scientific andtechnological achievements in China has also gone into a new stage of development and been faced with the newchallenges. On the basis of a brief review and rational understanding of the transformation of scientific and technologicalachievements since the implementation of the new＂transformation law＂, this paper proposes the deeper problems inmany aspects of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, such as the policies, systems,participants, markets and industries. The reasons for these problems are then analyzed and the strategies are given aswell.
