摘要：湖南东洞庭湖国家级湿地自然保护区是我国重要的湖泊类型湿地保护区,也是我国首批国际重要湿地之一,在其管理和建设中出现的功能区划、管理制度、土地权属、人员配备等问题具有典型性。分析保护区的管理现状,并提出了合理区划、健全管理体制、筹集资金和人才引进以及加强社区共管等方面的管理意见,以期为我国湿地自然保护区建设和管理提供参考。
The national wetland nature reserve of East Dongting lake in Hunan is China＇s important lake wetland reserve, also one of the wetlands in China with international importance. Typical problems still exist in its management and development, such as zonation of functions, management system, land ownership, and staffing. The paper tries to analyze the present situation in nature reserve management, and proposals such as rational zoning, sound management system, fund raising, and recruitment of talents, as well as strengthening community co-management, in order to provide a basis for development and management of China＇s wetland nature reserves.
